Laurie Harvey

Laurie Harvey has worked in the public sector for over two decades. Laurie started their career at Midvale City in 1998 as an Assistant City Manager/Director of Finance. In 2019, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Utah Telecommunication Open Infrastructure Agency (UTOPIA Fiber). Laurie is currently employed at Midvale City as an Assistant City Manager.

Laurie Harvey attended the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business from 1980 to 1983, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Prior to that, they attended Southern Utah University from 1977 to 1979.
