Matt Webber has over 20 years of work experience. Matt began their career in 2000 as a Tech Support for Associated Food Stores, where they facilitated Installs and staging of front end systems for Grocery Stores, implemented New Computer Installs and systems updates, and worked with end users to troubleshoot systems issues and hardware repairs. In 2005, they joined Fidelity Investments as a Premium Services Representative, Senior Trader/Help Desk, Interim Onboarding Manager, and Stock Plan Services, where they educated participants regarding transactions and tax ramifications, identified lead opportunities to build and deepen client relationships, and handled inbound Help Desk calls and provided assistance with plan participant requests. In 2015, they took on roles as Technical Support Staff at Intermountain Healthcare, Technical Support at Xactware, Inc., and Web Advisor at Bluehost. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Network Operations Center Technician I at UTOPIA Fiber.
Matt Webber obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Network and System Administration/Administrator from Stevens-Henager College between 2015 and 2017. In addition, they hold certifications from Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business, including Microsoft Office Specialist Excel 2013, which they obtained in March 2016, and Key Applications, which they obtained in October 2015. Matt also holds a Certiffied Equity Professional Level 1 certification from Santa Clara University, which they obtained in June 2007.
