Nicole Cottle

Nicole Cottle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in government relations and legal affairs. Currently serving as the Director of Government Relations at UTOPIA Fiber since July 2023, Cottle also holds the position of Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Legal Officer at the Military Installation Development Authority from January 2014. Furthermore, Cottle has a long-standing role in West Valley City since August 1999, providing services as General Counsel, Assistant City Manager, and Chief Sustainability Officer. As President of MBN Investments, Inc. since January 2004 and as an Attorney At Law since October 1999, Cottle has demonstrated a commitment to legal excellence and civic engagement. Cottle's educational background includes a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Wyoming College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Weber State University.
