Robert Ulman has been in the Information Technology field for over 10 years. Robert began their career in 2008 as an Electronics Sales Associate at Walmart. In 2011, they moved to CROSSMARK as an Event Specialist/Tech Expert, where they maintained high weekly sales rate and exceeded quotas weekly. Robert then moved to Sam's Club as a Wireless Sales Associate and was offered a full time position after seeing performance with Crossmark. Later in 2011, they joined Devcon Security as a Corporate Escalations Supervisor, where they de-escalated customers and maintained customer satisfaction. In 2012, they returned to ModusLink as a GoPro Technical Support, where they assisted customers with issues with firmware and software both on Windows and Mac OS. Robert then moved to General Dynamics Information Technology as a Health Insurance Marketplace Customer Support Agent, where they supported the Healthcare.gov applications and assisted customers with website issues. In 2014, they returned to ModusLink as a Contact Center Supervisor, where they supervised the Lenovo Network Attached Storage team and was responsible for running daily reports for the team. Robert also handled escalated technical support calls and trained agents. Robert then became a LenovoEMC NAS Technical Support Team Lead, where they assisted with supervisor functions and ran daily reports. Robert also continued to take inbound technical support calls emails from their previous position. In 2017, they joined Sorenson Media as a Service Operations Engineer. Most recently, they joined UTOPIA Fiber in 2018 as an Information Technology Technician, Network Operations Center Technician Teir II, and NOC Technician. In this role, they monitored fiber optic networks, built scripts to automate reporting within the NOC, and troubleshooted fiber connections.

Robert Ulman attended Farmington High School in Farmington, MI from 1999 to 2004.
