Tonio Bahner

Tonio Bahner is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, Head of Compliance, and Corporate Development at Villeroy & Boch since October 2023. Prior to this, Tonio held the position of Interim General Counsel at Bahner Legal starting in September 2021, and was the Chief Legal Officer and Head of Corporate Services at Utopia Music from May 2022 to September 2023. At Utopia Music, responsibilities included oversight of Business & Legal Affairs, People & Culture, Facilities, Security, and Compliance. Before that, Tonio was Vice President Legal and Regional General Counsel at Novelis from April 2020 to August 2021, after serving in a similar role at Aleris for over a decade. Additional experience includes legal leadership positions at Alstom Power, Fairchild Dornier, EADS, Eurojuris, and BvS. Tonio's academic background includes degrees from multiple prestigious institutions in Germany and France.
