Founder at utopicus

Rafa de Ramón has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. In 2010, they founded Utopicus and served as the CEO until February 2021. Utopicus is a flexible and services company that transforms organizations, companies, districts, and real and virtual spaces. From October 2017, Utopicus became a part of the Colonial Group. Rafa also founded UtopicSchool in June 2010.

In 2012, they co-founded Zinc Shower, a company that serves the Creative Industries with a focus on entrepreneurship. Zinc Shower organized the first Meeting Show for the Creative Industries, bringing together creative entrepreneurs, investors, industry professionals, media, private companies, and public institutions. Rafa served as the Co-Founder of Zinc Shower until June 2018.

Rafa has also been involved in other ventures. From January 2015 to July 2018, they co-founded FABERTIME SL, a company specializing in an undisclosed field. In June 2015, they co-founded ASESORUS.

In 2007, Rafa worked as the Director Territorial at e-Cultura Net, S.A. Rafa was responsible for this role until 2010. From 2002 to 2006, Rafa served as the Director at Castelli e Ville di Lombardia.

Additionally, Rafa has held positions in other organizations. From November 2018, they have been a patron at Alianza por la Solidaridad. In February 2021, Rafa assumed the role of VP Workation INN at ColivINN.

In 2022, Rafa founded and became the CEO of The Sundays Life, an international conscious vacation rental, property management, and coliving company. Their objective is to be present in more than 30 destinations around the world by 2025.

Rafa de Ramón's education history includes a range of academic pursuits in various institutions. In 1982, Rafa attended Colegio Nuestra Señora del Recuerdo, where they completed their EGB-BUP-COU degree. Following this, Rafa enrolled at Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 1994 to 1999, majoring in Administración y Dirección de Empresas. During their time at Stockholm University in 1998 and 1999, Rafa participated in the Erasmus Programm. Later, in 2001 and 2002, Rafa pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Gestione beni artistici e culturali at SDA Bocconi. Their educational journey continued in 2022 and 2023, as they pursued a Future of Real Estate degree at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Additionally, it is known that Rafa attended Le Cordon Bleu Madrid, although the specific dates or degree achieved at this institution were not provided.
