Yvonne Skalban, PhD, CMILT, currently serves as a member of Women of Customer Success and has been the Customer Success Manager and Project Manager at uTrack Software since July 2017. Yvonne also owns ev Productions since February 2020. Prior to these roles, Yvonne was a Project and Funding Administrator at the University of Wolverhampton and a Technical Support Advisor at Apple. Experience includes working as a Localization Tester at Electronic Arts and as a Lead Query Analyst at Leadfindr, focusing on linguistic patterns in social media. Yvonne completed a PhD in Computational Linguistics at the University of Wolverhampton, where involvement as a research assistant included annotating conversational data for a question answering project. Yvonne also worked as a translator at Translution and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Linguistics from the same university. Educational background includes German A-Levels from Pelizaeus Gymnasium Paderborn.
