Dave Lifka

Dave Lifka is a PhD candidate in Infection Biology at Universiteit Utrecht, contributing to the dr. Strijbis lab group within the Department of Biomolecular Health Science since January 2023. Previously, Lifka completed a research internship at the University of Bonn's LIMES-Institut, focusing on the Quantitative Systems Biology Group from January to August 2022, and another research internship at Universiteit Utrecht in the same department from January to November 2021. Lifka also served as a board member for M.B.V. Mebiose, managing public relations, promotional activities, and sales of study materials from June 2018 to June 2019. Lifka holds a Master of Science in Infection and Immunity and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences from Utrecht University, as well as a VWO degree in Nature & Technology and Nature & Health from Zwijsen College Veghel.
