Lucette Teurlings

Lucette Teurlings has extensive experience in human resources and talent development, currently serving as a senior HR adviseur and MD adviseur at Utrecht University since October 2013. Additionally, Lucette is the owner of Lucide Talentontwikkeling, a company founded in January 2015 that supports professionals in academic and healthcare settings in their talent development through training, coaching, and career advice. Previous roles include MD and talent officer at UMC Utrecht from 2001 to 2013, senior beleidsmedewerker at OVDB for a year in 2001, and beleidsmedewerker deskundigheidsbevordering at Sonneheerdt from 1996 to 2000. Lucette holds a degree in Arbeids-, Organisatie en Personeelspsychologie from the University of Groningen and has furthered qualifications in coaching and learning organizations.
