Stefanie Vrancken

Stefanie Vrancken is a seasoned Policy Advisor and Project Leader for HR Development at Utrecht University, with experience spanning over a decade since February 2009. In this role, responsibilities include developing and implementing the university's vision on talent recognition and valuation, as well as guidance on career policy and professional development for staff. Previously, Stefanie served as a Policy Advisor in the department of Academic Affairs, focusing on research funding and support, and was instrumental in university-wide initiatives to assist researchers with funding proposals. Additional roles at Utrecht University encompassed positions in Student Services and Academic Affairs, providing support to students and organizing various academic events.
