Russell Lee Atkins is a seasoned engineering executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across the energy sector. Currently serving as President of UTS Engineering LLC since July 2018, Russell previously held the position of VP Engineering at NiSource from March 2015 to July 2018, and Vice President Engineering at Duke Energy Corporation from July 1989 to March 2015. Russell earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Indiana University Indianapolis, completing studies in 1989.
