Willy Ramlie is an experienced engineering and project management professional currently serving as the Acting Engineering Team Manager at Sydney Water since August 2008. Willy has held various roles, including Commercial Partnerships Manager and Infrastructure Account Manager, where responsibilities included leading technical teams, developing commercial frameworks, and managing relationships with key stakeholders. In addition, Willy is the Coaching Director at UTS Football Club, focused on building a strong coaching team and ensuring effective player development. As a proprietor of Bang On Flavours, Willy seeks community and environmental value in business ventures. Willy holds a Master's degree in Business Analytics from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from UNSW.

UTS Football Club
UTS Football Club is a community club based at Charles Bean Oval Lindfield, and plays under the Northern Suburbs Football Association (NSFA). We welcome players of all ages and skill level. In 2019, we have men’s squads in divisions 2, 4 and 6; women’s teams in divisions 1 and 3, and are looking to enter our first junior team.
