Rajnish Kumar

Rajnish Kumar is a Production Engineer at Uttam Strips Ltd. since April 2022, where responsibilities include minimizing rejection rates, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring quality across incoming, in-process, and final inspection stages. Key contributions involve implementing KAIZEN practices, maintaining shop floor organization through 5s principles, and producing detailed MIS reports.
