Nicola Roberts

Nicola Roberts began their work experience in 1998 at Haringey Council, where they held various roles including Senior HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, Head of HR Policy & Strategy, Head of HR Advice & Employee Relations, and Reward Manager. Nicola then transitioned to Barnet Council in 2015, working as a Reward Consultant until 2019. Currently, they are employed as the Head of HR at Uttlesford District Council.

Nicola Roberts attended London South Bank University from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained a CIPD degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.
