Jason Eisen

Co-Founder & CEO at UTU Technologies

Jason Eisen is the Co-Founder and CEO of UTU Technologies. Jason has also previously worked with BitLipa, utu technologies, MARAMOJA transport, and International Resources Group.

Eisen has experience in conducting desktop and in-country program design research, needs analyses, and program development scouting for USAID programs in governance, public administration, legislative strengthening, natural resource management, and political transition programs. Jason has also co-led capture and proposal teams of up to 10 people, ensuring adherence to established timelines and requirements. In addition, Eisen has played a key role in strategy development for teaming, staffing, organization structure, and technical approach. Jason has also supported the management of IRG’s D&G Analytical Services III IQC. Furthermore, Eisen has fielded, mobilized, and supported an IRG evaluation team, including a security component, to evaluate USAID efforts to strengthen electoral and political processes in Colombia.

Eisen has also managed the $4.3 million OFDA Support Services subcontract, which provides training to OFDA staff and partners in Washington, DC and around the world. In this role, they oversee project-based budgeting, accounting, recruitment, fielding, and compliance with USAID regulations and reporting requirements. Additionally, Eisen has managed a subcontract worth ~$4 million that provides staff to USAID's Office of Afghanistan and Pakistan Affairs.

Jason Eisen received their BA in International Relations and Spanish/Latin American Studies from American University. Jason then went on to study Applied Physics at the same school.
