Leah Njuguna

Leah Njuguna is a senior AI & ML engineer at UTU Technologies. Leah has over five years of experience in data science and has been with UTU Technologies since January 2015. Leah has a strong background in statistical modeling, data mining, and machine learning. Leah is also proficient in Python, R, and SAS. In their current role, Leah is responsible for developing new business, products, and overseeing their implementation. Leah is also responsible for managing customer relationships and maintaining the company's expansion.

Leah Njuguna has a Peco-Degree in Artificial Intelligence from Huru School, a certificate in management and leadership from African Women Entrepreneurship Cooperative, a Master of Science (MSc) in Actuarial Science from University of Southampton, and a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Applied Statistics with Computing from Moi University. Leah also has certification from IBM in Python for Data Science.

Leah Njuguna reports to Bastian Blankenburg, Co-Founder & CTO. Leah Njuguna works with Raphael Karanja - Senior Front-End Engineer, Brian Muhia - Lead Machine Learning Engineer, and Sharon Ndubi - Senior Backend Engineer.
