Robin Horstmann

Robin Horstmann, PMP, CISM, CRISC, CDPSE, serves as the VP of Enterprise Applications at Utz Brands, Inc., starting in September 2023. Previously, Robin was the Sr. Director of Information Services and Enterprise Analytics at Primal Pet Group, leading the technology vision and strategy that successfully supported mergers and acquisitions for several pet product companies. Experience also includes serving as Sr. Director of Applications at BIOWORLD MERCHANDISING, where Robin implemented a large-scale digital transformation, and Director of IT and PMO at Charlotte's Web, overseeing significant growth and technology management. Earlier roles include Manager of Information Technology at Gogo, where a complex ERP implementation was managed, and Director of IT at Capel Rugs. Robin's career began at Gary Brown Associates, managing ERP projects and IT infrastructure. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Operations Management from the Bryan School of Business and Economics at UNCG.
