Ashley Carter

Ashley Carter is currently the Director of Operations at UVA Health - Northern Virginia and Culpeper. Previously, she held various roles within UVA Health and Novant Health UVA Health System, including Senior Director Professional and Support Service. Prior to that, she worked at Inova Loudoun Hospital as a Financial Analyst and at Holy Cross Hospital as an Administrative Resident in Patient Care Services. Ashley also participated in the Leadership in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities Fellowship at Children's National Medical Center. Ashley started her career as a Social Services Intern and Leaves for Learning Program Coordinator at the Department of Culpeper Human Services. She holds a Master's degree in Health System Administration from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration from Mary Baldwin University.
