Steve Kang

Steve Kang is a seasoned pharmacist currently serving as a Clinical Staff Pharmacist at UI Health since December 2021 and as a pharmacist at UVANTA Healthcare since November 2016. Previously, Steve worked as a pharmacist at Walgreens from October 2014 to November 2016 and started as a pharmacy intern. Early career experience includes a role as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Target from April 2009 to October 2014, where responsibilities included processing insurance claims and managing prescription orders. Notably, Steve also gained financial industry experience as a Debt Capital Markets Analyst at William Blair and Company for a brief period in 2008. Steve holds a PharmD from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Pharmacy and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
