Marcus Weißmann

Marcus Wei has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, holding key leadership positions such as Digital Implementation Services Head of North America at Siemens since January 2021, and previously serving as Director of ASIC Backend at RiVAI Technologies. Prior roles include Director of ASIC Physical Design & CAD at Synapse Design Inc. and Senior Manager of ASIC Design at Uniquify Inc., where Marcus managed multiple projects and teams while ensuring close cooperation with customers. Early in the career, contributions were made at Synopsys and AMD in various engineering roles, where expertise in physical design flow and ASIC development was established. Marcus Wei holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
