Matthew Beadle is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in economic development and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Business Attraction and Strategic Planning at UVI Research and Technology Park since January 2021, Matthew leads a team focused on recruiting technology and knowledge-based companies to the US Virgin Islands, conducting market research across multiple industry clusters, and engaging with business leads through various initiatives. Previously, Matthew held the role of Senior Manager for Business Attraction and Strategic Planning and completed a Business Development Fellowship at the same institution. Prior experience includes an internship at Washtenaw Literacy, where Matthew coordinated volunteer tutor support and contributed to fundraising efforts, and over eleven years as a Solutions Development Analyst at Ascension Technologies, providing support across numerous facilities. Matthew holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Eastern Michigan University.
