Madiyar Toleugali

Madiyar Toleugali began their work experience as the CEO & Co-Founder of UvU Shuttle in January 2021. Prior to that, they worked at KPMG in Central Asia, starting in August 2018 as a Consultant 1 in Strategy & Operations. Madiyar later became a Leading Expert in KPMG Digital Village Central Asia from June 2019 to November 2020, and then progressed to the role of Head of KPMG Digital Village Central Asia from October 2020 to August 2021.

In 2017, Madiyar Toleugali worked at Centras Capital Group as the CEO's Executive Assistant. Madiyar'sresponsibilities included participating in board meetings, preparing reports with recommendations, and providing consulting services. Madiyar was personally responsible for researching and preparing a report on the influence of Industry 4.0 on the economy of Kazakhstan.

Madiyar Toleugali obtained a Bachelor's degree in the field of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics from the Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics, Department of Operations Research at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU). Additionally, Madiyar has obtained certifications as an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in December 2019 and as a participant of the Changellenge Winter School from Changellenge >> Capital in January 2017.
