Ander Victorine

Ander Victorine, MBA, currently serves as Assistant Branch Manager at UW Credit Union, a position held since January 2023 after being rehired at management level. In this role, Ander supports team members through coaching, mentorship, and training. Prior to this, Ander was the Corporate Director of Operations at S&L Hospitality from December 2021 to February 2023, where responsibilities included ensuring senior leadership's direction and operational accountability. Previously, at UW Credit Union from October 2020 to December 2021, Ander worked as a Client Services Associate, Financial Specialist, focusing on financial data verification and error correction. Ander also gained experience as Operations Manager at North Central Group from February 2016 to September 2020, directing multiple hotel operations. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Lakeland University, alongside a BS in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, as well as additional certifications in financial planning.
