Dave Poeschl serves as the Director of the Member Solutions Center at UW Credit Union, overseeing a member service team of over 100 in Madison and Milwaukee since July 2016. Poeschl's leadership includes specialized functions in Digital Experience, Analytics, Workforce Optimization, Quality Assurance, Training, and Knowledge Management, along with designing the organizational roadmap and leading technology partner selections and conversions for CCaaS and knowledge management. Previous positions include Program Director at Alta Resources, where a 75-member team was built for Kellogg North America, and Global Operations Lead at Kimberly-Clark, where Poeschl established operational reporting and best practices for the Global Consumer Services team. Early career experience includes business development and account management roles at Alta Resources and within Pfizer Consumer Healthcare. Poeschl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
