Nicole Kibble

Nicole Kibble currently serves as the Director of EPMO at UW Credit Union since October 2024. Prior to this role, Nicole held several leadership positions at Arcadia, including VP of Revenue Operations, where responsibilities included managing a 240-person global delivery team and overseeing a $4 million budget. Nicole has also held positions such as Senior Director of Business Delivery Optimization and Program Director of Operations at Arcadia, focusing on operational integration and transforming team capabilities. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of PMO at NeuGen and WEA Trust, where Nicole led agile transformations and coached project management teams. Nicole's career began at Epic, where significant achievements included implementing software for major healthcare systems. Nicole holds a Master’s degree in Public Affairs from La Follette School of Public Affairs at UW-Madison and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Relations and Policy from Michigan State University.
