Katherine Lesperance

Katherine Lesperance currently serves as the Director of the Student Engagement Center at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay since January 2021, following a tenure as the Associate Director of Student Life at the same institution. Previously, Katherine held roles at Carroll University, where responsibilities included Associate Director of Student Activities and Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life. Prior positions also include Coordinator for Sorority & Fraternity Life Development at Loyola University Chicago and various advisory roles within Greek Life organizations, including Alpha Phi. Katherine's extensive experience encompasses leadership development, risk management, program planning, and budget management, supported by a Master of Education in College Student Personnel Administration from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Science in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
