Madeline Wiles is an experienced higher education professional with a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as the Assistant Director for New Student Transitions and Family Engagement Programs at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, Wiles previously held multiple leadership roles at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, including Associate Director of Multicultural Initiatives and Interim Director of the Women's Center and LGBTQ+ Resource Center. Wiles has effectively managed programming, student support services, and budget oversight for various initiatives while fostering campus community through events such as the Womxn Leading UWO Conference and Pride Gala. Educational accomplishments include a Master's degree in Gender, Sexuality, and Relational Communication from Southern Illinois University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Northern Michigan University.
