Andrew Opichka is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in healthcare information systems and digital transformation. Currently serving as Director of IS Applications at UW Health, Andrew drives strategic vision and innovation in application platforms. Previous roles include VP of Healthcare Solutions at WellStack, where a declining patient portal was revitalized, and Enterprise Solution Architect at Cisco, guiding major healthcare systems through digital transitions. With a strong foundation in advanced technology solutions from Cerner Corporation and Siemens Healthineers, Andrew has consistently focused on data governance, interoperability, and enhancing operational efficiency. Andrew holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from Cardinal Stritch University.
