Ellen Molitor

Ellen Molitor, PHR, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management, currently serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at UW Health since June 2013. Ellen has held various roles at UW Health, including Interim Manager of Recruitment and Recruiter. Prior to this, Ellen worked at M&I Bank/BMO Harris Bank for 16 years, where responsibilities included serving as Bank Manager and Assistant Vice President, and as a Human Resources Business Partner, also at the Assistant Vice President level. Ellen developed effective recruitment and retention strategies and fostered partnerships with community organizations to enhance career opportunities. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Communication from Concordia University-Wisconsin.
