Jenna Trepanier

Jenna Trepanier's work experience includes serving as the Director of Workforce Strategy at UW Health since November 2022, the Director of Performance Management and Organizational Development from March 2018 to November 2022, the Director of Employee Relations from October 2015 to March 2018, and as a Human Resource Business Partner from October 2014 to March 2018. Prior to their roles at UW Health, they worked as an Employee and Labor Relations Consultant at UW Health from August 2013 to August 2014. Before joining UW Health, Jenna held the position of Executive Team Leader- Human Resources at Target from August 2007 to August 2013. Jenna also has experience as a Group Home Care Taker at Brotoloc Health Care from August 2005 to April 2007.

Jenna Trepanier completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, General from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater in 2007. Jenna then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, which they completed in 2016. Prior to their higher education, Jenna attended Waukesha West, but their degree and field of study during that time are unspecified.
