Shawna Kratochwill

Shawna Kratochwill is an experienced Registered Nurse currently working at UW Health since May 2024, with a diverse background in various healthcare settings including critical care, med/surgical, PACU, and emergency departments. Prior to UW Health, Shawna worked at The Richland Hospital and Clinics for a decade, focusing on patient-centered, evidence-based care. Shawna has also held roles in real estate as a salesperson at First Weber, and as a CEO and freelance medical writer for Heart Beat Healthcare Content. Previous nursing positions include tenures at Pine Valley Community Village, Glencoe Regional Health Services, Elim Nursing Home & Rehab, and Maple Grove Hospital. Shawna holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and is a graduate of Richland Center High School.
