Ashley S. Nowak

Ashley S. Nowak currently serves as the Director for the Center for Transformative Justice at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, a position held since July 2023. In addition, Ashley S. Nowak has been a Project Consultant at Ever Growing since August 2022, focusing on advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion in various settings. Previously, Ashley S. Nowak worked in the School District of Onalaska as an Equity Coordinator from August 2021 to June 2023 and served as a High School Social Studies Teacher from August 2013 to June 2021, where contributions included leadership roles in equity initiatives and student programs. Earlier experience includes a role as Student Advisor in the School District of La Crosse and an Adjunct Instructor at Viterbo University. Ashley S. Nowak holds a Master of Education from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Queensland and the University of Minnesota.
