Payton Radtke is a driven business student at the Wisconsin School of Business, pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Business Management, Human Resources, and International Business. Currently serving as the Vice President of Internal Relations for UW-Madison Women in Business, Payton spearheads events to foster relationships among members and leads the inaugural Alumni Gala. Payton's leadership extends to mentoring roles and course facilitation, where educational content is delivered to students. Significant internships at Optum and MacQueen Equipment provided experience in analytics, human resources, and strategic recommendations, complementing prior work at Starbucks and in childcare.
