Mason Tinal

Mason Tinal, MBA, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at UW Solutions, where responsibilities include developing and implementing policies for recruitment, employee relations, and payroll administration. Previous roles at UW Solutions included Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources Assistant, focusing on policy creation, training development, and maintaining accurate HR records. Prior to this, Mason gained leadership experience as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, improving team performance and fostering a positive work environment.
