Jonathan Blackledge

Jonathan Blackledge is a distinguished academic and professional in the fields of cyber security and mathematical sciences. Currently serving as the Director of Cyber Security and Centre for Central Bank Digital Currencies at Portdex since October 2019, Jonathan is involved in the "Ruedex" project. Holding multiple prestigious academic positions, including Stokes Professor at Science Foundation Ireland and Honorary Professor at Technological University Dublin and University of KwaZulu-Natal, Jonathan has contributed significantly to research and education. Additionally, Jonathan has held roles such as Deputy Vice Chancellor for Research and has been a Visiting Professor at various institutions, including Loughborough University.
