Christopher Malcolm

Christopher Malcolm is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in arbitration and dispute resolution. Currently serving as a Member of the Emergency Powers Review Tribunal and a Board Member at Munro College, Malcolm holds several prominent positions, including Vice President and Council Member at the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Arbitrator at Wasel & Wasel Arbitrator Services Inc. Additionally, Malcolm acts as a Senior Legal Advisor to the Minister of Justice in the Government of Jamaica and is a Dispute Management Practitioner at CP Malcolm. With a strong academic background, including a PhD and LLM from Queen Mary University of London, and over a decade of service as a Senior Lecturer at the University of the West Indies, Malcolm is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Jamaica International Arbitration Centre, as well as Secretary General at the latter.
