Jacqueline Duncan

Jacqueline Duncan is a Senior Lecturer at The University of the West Indies since November 2019 and has held the role of Consultant in Internal Medicine and Occupational Medicine at Apex Medical Center, Jamaica since June 2011. Previous experiences include serving as Consultant in Internal Medicine for the Kingston and St. Andrew Health Department from June 2011 to September 2019, and as a Consultant Physician at the Heart Institute of the Caribbean from March 2005 to March 2011, where management of complex medical illnesses and provision of occupational health services were primary responsibilities. Additionally, Jacqueline Duncan was the Director of Monitoring and Evaluation for the National HIV/STI Programme at the Ministry of Health from 2004 to 2011, leading the development and implementation of the program's M&E system. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine from Duke University, a Master of Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and an M.B., B.S. from the University of the West Indies.
