Oliver Jordan, FCPA, FCA, MBA, ICD.D, serves as Co-Founder and Managing Director of Caribbean Strategic Advisors Inc., a leading investment facilitation firm in the Caribbean, and as Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board Diversity Network, which promotes diverse executives for board positions in Canada. Currently, Jordan holds the position of Chairman of the Board at the Financial Services Commission of Barbados and serves as an Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee for Chukka Caribbean Adventures. Additionally, Jordan is a Council Member and Chairman of the University Audit and Risk Advisory Committee at The University of the West Indies, and serves as a Director on the Governance & Nominating Committee of the Caribbean Corporate Governance Institute. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at ICBL, Partner at PwC East Caribbean, Chief Executive Officer at Deloitte Consulting, and Managing Director of CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank. Jordan's educational background includes an MBA in Banking & Financial Services from Schulich School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Economics from the University of Toronto.
