Paula Alleyne is a Research Officer within the Change Management Unit at the Ministry of Educational Transformation, a position held since August 2024. Concurrently, Paula serves as a Research Assistant at The University of the West Indies, a role undertaken since September 2022. Previous experience includes significant roles at the Urban Development Commission from January 2007 to August 2022, where Paula progressed from Project Officer to Senior Research Investigator and eventually became Project Coordinator - Housing. Additionally, Paula has completed professional internships at the Child Care Board and the National Disabilities Unit, and has held leadership positions as Chairman of the Urban Development Commission Activities Committee and as a Committee Member for various committees focused on vulnerable populations and housing development. Paula holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management and Evaluation, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Education at The University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus.
