Sasha-Gay Wright

Sasha-Gay Wright is an accomplished academic in the field of Biomedical Engineering, currently serving as the Interim Head of Program at the Faculty of Engineering, UWI Mona since August 2018. With a background in cancer research focusing on prostate and breast cancer, natural products, and nanoparticles, Sasha-Gay is also a PhD Candidate in Bioengineering at the University of the West Indies, a position held since September 2015. Additionally, experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at the University of the West Indies from 2011 to 2012, following the completion of a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of the West Indies in 2012.
