Stephanie Chedid serves as the President and CEO of Luther Manor, a non-profit Life Plan Community, since February 2015, where leadership encompasses oversight of nearly 450 staff and 300 volunteers providing services to 500 residents. In addition to this role, Stephanie holds multiple board positions, including with MHS Health Wisconsin, UWM Foundation, and LeadingAge, where significant contributions to strategic planning and advocacy efforts have been made. With a robust educational background, including an MBA from Lubar College of Business and executive education from Harvard Business School, Stephanie's previous experience includes leading Cleary Gull Advisors as President and serving on various leadership councils and committees focused on healthcare and community development.

The Mission of the UWM Foundation is to support the educational, literary and scientific endeavors of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee by receiving, managing and distributing gifts to benefit the University's students, faculty, programs and community. In addition, the UWM Foundation provides leadership, oversight and direction to its affiliated corporations, the UWM Real Estate Foundation and the UWM Research Foundation. These corporations create new University facilities to support student life, research, academics and regional economic development, and provide new sources of revenue from research commercialization and entrepreneurial activities.
