Dike Keen

Dike Keen is the Directeur Auditdienst at UWV and has extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. They served as the directeur at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management from 2019 to 2024 and held multiple positions at the Ministry of Finance from 1996 to 2019, including RE RA. Dike was also the director for MKB at Belastingdienst, where they managed a large team while navigating challenges in a dynamic environment. They began their career as a player, trainer, and coach in table tennis and later became the bondscoach for the Nederlandse Bond Aangepast Sporten. Dike holds degrees in Accountancy and EDP-audit from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and NIVRA/ NBA.
