Jan de Heij

Jan de Heij is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology strategy and innovation across various sectors. Currently serving as Lead Architect Klant & Service at UWV since December 2022, Jan focuses on enhancing client-centric service delivery through omnichannel experiences. As the Owner of The New Now since September 2017, Jan drives innovative solutions for clients. Previous roles include Senior Innovation Coach at Lely, where Jan contributed to the development of the Farm Management Platform 'Horizon', and Senior Business Solutions Consultant at Arch & Hook, supporting digital strategy and business process standardization. Jan has a strong background in corporate innovation from positions at KAS BANK and Aimforthemoon, alongside substantial experience in IT strategy and enterprise architecture during a lengthy tenure at Ahold. Jan holds educational credentials from Harvard Business School and Nyenrode Business University, as well as a degree from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
