Tineke Boot is the owner of Trigger Boost Consulting, where they focus on team coaching and transformation projects since 2017. They served as a trainer at ICM opleidingen & trainingen until 2020 and held various managerial roles in organizations such as SVB Sociale Verzekeringsbank, UWV, and CAK. Tineke has a Master's degree from Tilburg University and has completed several additional management training programs. Currently, they are the Head of Civil Affairs for the Municipality of The Hague.
