Vera Smit

Vera Smit is a Kwaliteitsadviseur in Business Control and Kwaliteit Ziektewet at UWV since 2026. They previously held roles such as Uitkeringsdeskundige Ziektewet and Stafmedewerker Ziektewet at UWV from 2016 to 2018. Vera began their career with internships in activities coordination at various care centers from 2008 to 2010 and gained additional experience as a Vuurwerk voorlichter at Bureau HALT in 2011. They hold a degree in Sociaal juridische dienstverlening from Hanzehogeschool Groningen and a diploma in Sociaal pedagogisch werk from Alfacollege Groningen.
