Marzia Battaglia is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in service design and user experience. Currently, Marzia serves as Design Manager and Service Design Lead at Assist Digital since January 2018, while also contributing as a docente at Link Campus University for the Master in Service Innovation and Digital Transformation. Marzia has held various positions such as Senior Service and UX Designer at Future Platforms and UX Designer at SHAREIGHT. In addition, Marzia has provided mentorship at UXPA UK since January 2017. Marzia's academic background includes a Master's Degree in Design from London Metropolitan University and Bachelor's degrees in Industrial and Product Design from IADE and Sapienza Università di Roma.
