Lies van Coppernolle

Lies Van Coppernolle has extensive experience in human resources and coaching, currently serving as a Wellbeing Coach and Confidential Counselor at UZ Gent since March 2016. Prior to this, Lies worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Galilei-Randstad, focusing on coaching job seekers to secure sustainable employment through various training and support programs. Earlier roles include Senior Research Executive at Ipsos, specializing in quantitative research for media and FMCG sectors, and Assessment Consultant at Search & Selection, where recruitment and assessment support was provided for middle management positions. Lies holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Ghent University and several postgraduate qualifications in coaching and management.
