Maaike de Roo

Maaike De Roo currently serves as Adjunct-kliniekhoofd Geriatrie at UZ Leuven since April 2021. Prior experience includes roles as AIOS interne geneeskunde focusing on ouderengeneeskunde at Maastricht UMC+ from April 2018 to April 2021, and as AIOS Interne Geneeskunde at Zuyderland from September 2014 to March 2018. Maaike De Roo also participated in the EURO IMPACT Marie Curie PhD training fellowship at VU medisch centrum from July 2011 to August 2014, with a secondment to Istituto per lo Studio e la Prevenzione Oncologica in Florence in 2012. Educational background includes a Master and Bachelor in Medicine from Ghent University, completed between 2004 and 2011.
