Jean Marie Tassy Simeoni has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2001 as the founder of UZIK. In 2003, they also founded Calvi On The Rocks. Then, in 2011, they co-founded La Mano, DEBONAIR, Nanashi, and In Casa. Finally, in 2015, they became the Cogérant of La Mano until January 2023.
Jean Marie Tassy Simeoni attended École Polytechnique from 1994 to 1999 and obtained a degree in Ingenieur Polytechnicien (X 94) with a focus on sciences and technologies. Additionally, from 1996 to 1998, they also studied at Institut national agronomique Paris-Grignon, where they earned a degree in Ingenieur en agro-ecologie INAPG.
