Naveen Tyagi

Naveen Tyagi has a strong background in IT and project management. Naveen has held various leadership roles in different companies, with their most recent position being a Sr. Product Manager at UZIO since May 2020. In this role, they lead a team in building and maintaining a SaaS-based web platform and mobile app for benefits, HR, and payroll domains. Naveen is responsible for planning, execution, program review/governance, system integration, client communications, and stakeholder management.

Prior to UZIO, Naveen worked at Conduent from June 2017 to May 2020 as a Project Manager - APP Dev & Support. Here, they led an operational excellence team to streamline and automate business processes using Robotics Process Automation and Machine Learning. Naveen also managed multiple vendors and handled budgeting and forecasting.

Before Conduent, Naveen worked at RELIGARE HEALTH INSURANCE (RHI) from August 2016 to June 2017 as a Sr Manager IT - IT Apps. In this role, they led a growing IT Apps team and implemented compliance changes to meet regulatory demands.

Naveen also gained experience at Aon, where they worked as a Lead Business System Analyst from July 2015 to August 2016. Naveen led AON Benefits configurations and system analyst team for large-scale clients, handling group health insurance benefits.

In their early career, Naveen worked at Xerox from July 2009 to May 2015 as a Sr Business Analyst. Naveen managed various complex processes related to Census Information, Benefits Administration, Enrollment, and more for large-scale clients. Naveen also worked on process standardization and implementation of the ACA act.

Naveen Tyagi obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University from 2005 to 2009. Naveen further pursued their education at the same university and completed their Master of Technology (MTech) in Computer Science from 2012 to 2014.
